a) When Continental claim on their website that trial-sized toiletries can be bought in any drug store, they are in fact LYING (she says, three stores later).
b) It's an unbreakable law of the universe (much more so than the ones about death and taxes, which are waived on occasion) that on the day before I start hauling myself through airports and spend 5+ hours on planes, I start my period.
