So, I mentioned this way back in the summer, but I got myself certified as a CFO (Cottage Food Operation) this year, and at my regular stand at the Sacramento Antiques Faire in December, in addition to selling all sorts of festively packaged holiday trays and boxes, I’ll be offering to let customers put together their own holiday treat boxes and I’ll mail them anywhere in the US via priority mail (2-3 days transit).

So I’ll throw this out here too, in case anyone is interested.

The cookies that will be available for order are:

Jam-filled (Linzer) Cookies -- $3 for 1/2 dozen, $5 for a dozen
Spice Cookies -- $3 for 1/2 dozen, $5 for a dozen
Greek Almond Cookies -- they're kind of an almond shortbread -- $4 for 1/2 dozen
Greek Walnut-Orange Cookies -- $4 for 1/2 dozen
Lemon Shortbread Cookies -- $3 for 1/2 dozen, $5 for a dozen
Butter Cookies with Icing and Festive Sprinkles/Glitter -- $3 for 1/2 dozen, $5 for a dozen
Peanut Butter Balls – potentially suitable for gluten-sensitive people, these include crispy rice cereal that contains malt flavorings, for what it's worth -- $3 for 5
Diabetic-friendly Peanut Butter Balls -- these use Sucralose and Hershey’s sugar-free chocolate, 9g carb, 1g sugar ea -- $5 for 5
Gluten-free Pecan Shortbread Cookies -- $5 for 1/2 dozen
Gluten-free/Dairy-free/Diabetic-friendly Coconut Macaroons -- these use unsweetened coconut and maple syrup, so are sort of paleo-friendly if you squint, 4g carb, 3g sugar ea -- $5 for 1/2 dozen

Mixed Cookie Boxes (with custom combinations of all of the above) available upon request.

I also have the following homemade jams that can be included in gift boxes, they're all $6 for an 8 oz glass:

There are two shipping options:
Medium priority mail boxes (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"), suggested for 3-4 items plus a jam -- $12.35 to anywhere in the US, or large priority mail boxes (12" x 12" x 5-1/2") suggested for larger orders -- $16.85 to anywhere in the US.

If any locals need customized holiday trays for parties or the like that they want to pick up, there are other options available, including several gluten-free products. Just ask!
